Focus (Europe) has a manned Helpdesk to offer technical assistance to
customers during office hours (0830-1800hrs Monday-Friday). The personal
relationships that our consultants develop with our customers allows us
to provide an out-of-office-hours support service, to cover for the more
serious incidents. Vendor alliances
permit us to have access to the latest information, and escalate our own
enquiries for technical support, should we be unable to resolve the issue
ourselves.
Our Support
Consultants have a wealth of knowledge and skill of the products that we can
supply, and we invest in them having the most up to date vendor technical
qualifications. These include: Novell CNA and CNE, Microsoft MCSE, Compaq
ASE, to compliment independent certifications such as: CIW and N+.
Our telephone support
service is complimented by the ability of our Support Consultants to make
site visits to our customers, to assist them in implementing resolutions to
their issues.
